-The period of product exchange and return: At Carton Lab, we do not bear the responsibility for any purchase you have made incorrectly, due to negligence or entering incorrect information. You can only exchange and return the product and report your desire to return it within a maximum of three days from, the date of receiving the order, with the customer bearing the shipping and return costs.

Bring it to life:
-Startup fee is non-refundable if the layout or design request has been done, and the order has not been confirmed. Note: Its value is 35 SR for every ten products.
-The full amount should be paid through the provided payment link before production begins; knowing that any delay in payment beyond the date of order confirmation form may result in a change in the date of delivery.
.The period of production may vary according to the customer’s requirements. The order and delivery period usually takes 2-3 working weeks-
-It is not possible to recover the amounts of the products that were customized according to the customer desire, and they are not returnable except in the case of a manufacturing error, including: printing errors, errors in printing colors, errors in product measurements, or errors in quantity. Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product to be remanufactured or to repair the damaged, depending on the type of damage in the product.
.Any amounts paid cannot be refunded after the customer confirms the order-
.The period of product return is only 3 days after receiving the order (only if product is brought within 15 days of\nreceiving the order)-
-The customer has the right to make modifications to the design and layout before the order goes to production, a maximum of 3 times. After that, any modification is charged at an additional amount (10 riyals per modification).
-Carton Lab has the right to photograph the product, publish it on its official pages, and display it as a means of marketing and advertising without prior notice to the customer if the design is by Carton Lab.
The purchase:
.The storage system allows you to purchase up to the maximum quantity available in the database-
.If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you are obligated to enter the required transfer information and transfer the required amount as it is-
.All orders that complete 72 hours without confirmed payment will be canceled-
.Carton Lab is not responsible for any purchases made in the wrong way due to negligence or wrong information-
