How can I find my orders?
You can find out the details of your order by entering (My Account) icon, then (Orders) and viewing the status and details of your order.
When will the order be received?
Shipping time through (Naqel Express) is 3-7 working days when updating the status of the order to (Delivery In Progress).
If you choose to receive the order from the warehouse, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Inform our employee of your order number and name for collection. You can collect from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday.
What payment methods do you have?
The payment methods available with us are: Apple Pay - Visa - MasterCard – Mada.
I had a problem with my payment
If you repeatedly click on the payment button, the payment will be cancelled. You can try again. Also, do not leave the payment page before completing the payment process.
Can a product be exchanged or returned?
At Carton Lab, we are not responsible for any purchases you made by mistake. Due to negligence or entering wrong information. You can only exchange the product and report the desire to return it within a maximum of three days from the date of receiving the order, with the customer bearing the shipping and return costs.
How long does a special order take?
Your order goes through stages: the layout and design stage (3-7 working days), then the pricing stage (one to two working days) and after your approval, the order will go into the production stage (one to 3 weeks).

Why start-up service fees are to be paid?
These fees are charged to start the implementation of the required work (layout or design) according to the information provided by the customer on (Bring it to life) page..
- Carton layout and printing design take (3-7 working days).
-If the order is confirmed by the customer: it will be deducted from the order value.
- If the order is not confirmed by the customer: These fees will not be refunded, as these fees are for the service provided to the customer.
Note: Payment only once (quantity: 1), if the customer wishes to make a new order, the fees will be paid again.
How is the start-up service fee paid?
Payment link will appear once you finish filling out the (Bring it to life) form or it can be sent by the customer service team.

It is very important to provide us with the sizes required by the customer.
